Dear Exhibitor:
The NC Vegetation Management Association Association’s Annual Symposium is scheduled for December 4-6, 2018 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel & Koury Convention Center - Greensboro, NC. Since many industry decision-makers attend this event, it is an excellent opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with other like-minded professionals.
To encourage maximum time with conference attendees, the tradeshow will be open both days of the symposium. Additionally, exhibitors will be given the opportunity to make a two-minute presentation during the “EXHIBITOR PRESENTATION” portion of the program on Wednesday. This time may be used to introduce your products and services before the entire group. For additional exposure, we encourage each exhibitor to provide at least one door prize. Please bring your door prize with you to the event.
We are planning our seventh Casino Night on Wednesday to raise money for our community outreach partner - The Jimmy V. Foundation. The Jimmy V. Foundation provides funding for research to fight cancer.
