The Purpose of Our Annual Meetings
The NCVMA Annual Meeting provides an opportunity for individuals with an interest and experience in vegetation management to come together as part of the Association’s annual gathering. The meeting supports NCVMA’s mission of furthering the knowledge of those involved in the management of vegetation and provides a setting for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors to participate.
Through the annual meeting, NCVMA continues its commitment to supporting the knowledge, experience, and continued development of individuals who contribute to the evolving vegetation management industry. The annual meeting also offers an opportunity for the Association to connect those who share an interest in the advancement of vegetation management.

NCVMA Annual Meetings
We are pleased to welcome attendees to the 2026 annual meeting being held at the Embassy Suites in Cary, NC. Registration for the annual meeting will open on October 15th and close on November 27th. On-site registration is available for an additional fee.
Event Details
- Tuesday, December 8 – Registration 3:00 – 6:00 p.m., Sponsor Booth Set Up 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, December 9 – Annual Meeting 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, December 10 – Annual Meeting 8:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
*All credits hours will be signed for at the END of day 2
